Carlos De Cunha is the founder and CEO of Computing Core, a Guyanese-owned software company he started in late 2014. The business began as a personal computer repair and networking service; in 2016, Carlos shifted its focus to software development, and has since progressed from Lead Software Developer to CEO as the company grew into Guyana's point-of-sale (POS) software provider.
His interest in technology started young — at 15 he apprenticed with a television technician, then trained as a Technician at a retail store while studying Radio and Electronics at the Government Technical Institute. He later spent six years in distance learning to build his skills in networking and security, earning a CompTIA Security+ certification along the way.
Carlos runs Computing Core together with his wife and co-founder, Loreena De Cunha.
